So for breakfast, I made a smoothie with half a cucumber, 5 kale leaves, 1 banana, 4 strawberries and a chunk of zucchini. I will be sipping this delicious, nutritious blend for the next hour.
For snack, I have prepared, 3/4 of a cucumber and a tub of zucchini swirls. I will be drinking a ton of water as well as water with lemon to alkalize my body.
Will keep you posted about lunch and dinner.
